Privacy Policy

This privacy statement explains the nature, extent and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) in the context of the provision of our services and within our online offerings and associated websites, functions and content as well as external online services. on our social media profiles (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Online Offer”). Terms used

Legal basics

The legal basis for the collection of consents is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 DSGVO;

The legal basis for the processing to fulfill our performance and implementation of contractual measures as well as answering requests is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO;

The legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO;

In the event that vital interests of the person concerned or another natural person necessitate the processing of personal data, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. d DSGVO as a legal basis.

The legal basis for the necessary processing for the perception of a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of public power that has been entrusted to the person in charge is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. and DSGVO.

The legal basis for the processing of our legitimate interests is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The processing of data for purposes other than those to which they were raised is determined by the provisions of Article 6 para. 4 DSGVO.

The processing of particular categories of data (according to Art. 9 Abs. 1 DSGVO) is determined by the provisions of Art. 9 Abs. 2 DSGVO.

Precautions
